Job Description Shoreline Transportation is now seeking a MOBILE Diesel Technician around the New Orleans, LA area! Full Time Position with Competitive Pay: $25 - $30/Hour (Based on Experience) Health, dental, vision and life Insurances 401(k) w/matching Paid time off and Holidays Vacation days Flexible schedule On-the job training and Volvo acquired certificates Mobile Technician Benefits: Earn $25 - $30 Per Hour (Based on Experience) Health, dental, vision and life Insurances 401(k) w/matching Paid time off and Holidays Vacation days Flexible schedule On-the job training and Volvo acquired certificates Schedule: 8 hour shift Tuesday - Saturday Weekends as needed Skills & Qualifications: Diesel engine repair: 1 year experience (Preferred) Mechanical knowledge: 3-5 years experience (Preferred) Possess basic mechanic tools Prior knowledge of Logistics/Transportation Industry Experience with Brakes Experience with AC Experience with DOT Inspection Experience assisting with Road Calls and Breakdowns Proficient with computer programs, Microsoft Office, Excel and Outlook Experience with Maintenance software, a plus Knowledge of Qualcomm, a plus ASE Automotive Excellence, a plus Class A CDL, a plus About Shoreline Transportation With headquarters in Greenville, Alabama, Shoreline is positioned to provide uninterrupted service within the Southeast Region corridor.
